Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mlb@beautyevbnaturals.net to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable processing period.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
