Our skincare products are intended for external use only. Do not ingest or use our products in any manner other than directed.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other content on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.

Because our products are handmade in small batches using plant-based ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, consistency, and scent may occur. These natural variations do not affect product quality or performance.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Allergy Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. Because skin types and sensitivities differ, EVB cannot guarantee specific results from the use of any product.

Customers should carefully review ingredient lists before use and perform a patch test before applying any product to larger areas of skin.

If irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by EVB. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within five (5) business days. However, shipping and delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

EVB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mlb@beautyevbnaturals.net to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, videos, designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Ebony Vision Body & Skincare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
