Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, EVB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. EVB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at mlb@beautyevbnaturals.net. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue.
